Trained at Mines Saint-Étienne and AgroParisTech, Florian spent more than ten years in French industry, at EDF, Safran and INRAE, managing complex projects and technical teams, before specialising in the recruitment of executives and engineers.
He then spent five years in executive search, at Ignition and Michael Page, building a specific expertise on the energy transition and industrial engineering markets. Volta Executive is the result: a firm where the person who interviews a plant director has run a plant.
He is also an ICF-certified coach (ACC), which shapes the 90-day onboarding follow-up included in every search.
